I dress up as a “slut” when it is time to step into a fitness center. This is accompanied by wearing a simple undergarment when exercising at home without company. I have not yet exercised while nude, thus a challenge awaits.
Dressing up as a slut during pumping in time is thrilling. This isn’t because I enjoy showing off what I have, but it is also due to a good number of other reasons; a few include:
Flexibility: Exercising is basically about movement: whether to and from, or rotations. Clothing which restricts movement should be avoided so that one comfortably performs full range exercises for better yields.
Weather: It seems obvious, but not obvious enough to some. I expect full body wear on a cold stormy day, but very light-little clothing on a bright sunny day. Rigidity in workout clothing is a bad idea. One needs to aim at wearing clothing suited for exercising in that environment. With good weather summoning the outside, slutty clothing it is.
Material: Polyester, silk and other cloth materials along those lines intensify sweating. When sweat gets in contact with such a material, itching of the body is likely to occur. This creates discomfort causing one not to exercise to full capabilities or how they planned to.
Air circulation: A well vented cloth is a must have when exercising to avoid strange body reactions and loss of consciousness. Care should be taken not to lose most of the body’s warmth, but be maintained at a fairly constant state during extreme cold conditions.
Size: Ignored by a variety of individuals including workout junkies. I am aware, there is a choice of preference between tight and loose clothing, but, personally, I am all in for loose well-fitted clothing.
Pleasing: I rarely mind much about how I am dressed; however, when it is gym time, all bets are off and a mirror is thoroughly cleaned and put to use. There is a feeling I get, every time I dress up and look good for exercising. Within, I feel pumped and ready for anything to be encountered. And because of that, dress to please yourself or clothing which makes you feel pumped, rather than aiming at pleasing on-lookers.
Color choice: There was a time when I was into bright colors for working out, but later, I switched and currently wear dark clothing mainly. Although black is not a color, whenever I wear black everything, I feel a sense of being a bad-ass, ready to break through muscle pains.
Clean: When exercising, there is an increased risk of obtaining infections and illnesses. This is because, when exercising, body physiology rates are high, creating dynamic gradients between the body and the surrounding, enhancing entry of infectious agents.
Texture: Smooth and soft clothing sound pleasant to many, but a question is raised as to how clothing reacts to one’s skin?
Accessories: Eye protection is essential when exercising outdoors. Other materials such as gloves, hats, sweaters and others come in handy. These empower one to exercise harder.
As a result, picking out a wear for a day’s work out should be a priority, chosen a few minutes before exercising, when one has a rough idea of how the weather is trailing along.
