No, Hard Work Doesn’t Pay off

on

A drastically changing twenty-first century we are blending in is filled with various forms of creativity, bombarding minds of many. This flourishes surroundings with excitement and eagerness to find out more, of what other’s lives are. Are they interesting? Or boring and plain as hell? I find interesting as a word to be fascinating, leading to I using it often. Resulting expressions of individuals who hear it, after narrating a thought to be exciting story, is thrilling. A circle of confusion is witnessed, as individual struggles to read my meaningless expression, when I uttered out interesting. The struggle is real, but I continue to offer credit, sometimes, no matter how lame a story is.

I grew up with a forcefully preinstalled old wise saying of: hard work pays, accompanied with, there is no pain without gain. I took the sayings literally, torturing a misperceived life of mine.  A lot was missed out on, striving to work hard and achieving it all. An important aspect of creativity, springing up to cherish beauty was skipped. Time rolled through space, and later I learnt of the human brain’s utilizing most of the body’s energy. Hard work doesn’t necessarily have to be manual and witnessed by on lookers, but quiet meditating, sending the mind far away into a world of troubleshooting and reasoning, is beneficial.

As a content creator: blogging, vlogging, writing and narrating books, are passive in eyes and ears of many. Some reach an extent to calling it bullshit, and a waste of time. However, it isn’t easy as it seems, thinking of new content often. Thanks be to brain power and working it hard.

To fulfill words of demented old wise personnel, focus is to be drawn towards working hard, in terms of thinking. Life aspects have changed, though a few are resisting the change. Physical strength is no longer a key aspect, and please, stop misusing Darwin’s concept of survival for the fittest. Do not get I wrong, physical strength is highly important in differing aspects. However, if a task is to be accomplished accurately and efficiently, one needs to think of the best option, depending on available resources.

Today I am in a somewhat unusual mood, as I continue trying out hard, this thing of caring more. I miss times of sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the world literally burn. It involved individuals who wrongly expressed lame and lousy opinions. A bucket full of pop corns was always nice.

Humans are fascinating and excellent at misusing old-time wise sayings in the present society. Karma being a mother of all bitches, misused old time sayings drastically smash many, away from their comfort zones. A saying of hard work pays is to be revised and rephrased as: Thinking hard pays off, driving uncreative and fogged minds towards reality. Dare quote I not, I am not encouraging hardworking of the mind, to rip off others, from their deeds and “hard work” – I will hunt you down, no matter where you go, run or hide, I will be right there, even in your convoluted shadows.

Um, that’s a toughie: knowing when to cut off? Oh dear, I worked so hard towards achieving a graduate degree in Forensics and I ended up using it’s diploma to make a kite for a whiny kid I babysat during the time 😑😐😕😢😥😢😧😨😰😓😭😭😭😭
